Psychological Based of Learning
Learning theories and its implications on teaching decisions:
Behaviorist Perspective –  view all behavior as a response to the 
                                               external stimuli.
                                             - According the behaviourist, the learner
                                               aquires behaviours skills and knowledge in
                                               the response to the rewards, punishment or
                                               withhelds responses associated with them.
                                              - Key theorist : Ivan Pavlov, John Watson and
                                                B.F skinner, Bandura
Cognitivist Perspective –   Focus on mental operations that takes place   
                                               when information enters through the
                                               senses undergoes mental manipulations is
                                               stored and finally used
                                             - Key theorist : Jerome Bruner, David Ausubel,
